ETAS Direct franchises are available throughout the UK. The franchises are divided into regions and further subdivided into local areas.

The catchment area for each local franchise is carefully worked out using up-to-date employment and business statistics and information.

An ETAS Direct franchise provides an opportunity for anyone who is keen and interested in employment law to earn a very good living while having control of his or her working life.

ETAS Direct offers a comprehensive support package. This will include assisting you in setting up, advertising, IT support and membership to specialist web sites, insurance, guidance from specialist barristers and much, much more.

With ETAS Direct you take home 70% of whatever fees you bring in. Obviously, the harder you work to generate income, the more you can earn. ETAS Direct will give you maximum support in achieving as high a fee income level as you feel able to cope with.

Although you will be working for yourself you will also be part of the friendly ETAS Direct Team.

Ideally, you should have a good working knowledge of employment law and an ability to get on with people from all walks of life. ETAS Direct places a great deal of emphasis on client care. Training and refresher programs can be arranged to bring you up to speed on recent and future changes in this exciting area of law.

IN ORDER TO HAVE A FRANCHISE YOU HAVE TO BE REGISTERED WITH THE REGULATOR AND STRICTLY ABIDE BY THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE REGULATOR OR YOU MUST BE REGISTERED WITH THE LAW SOCIETY OR BAR COUNCIL WITH AUTHORITY TO PRACTICE IN THE RELEVANT AREAS OF LAW.

To become a franchisee you will require the following characteristics:

1. You will have experience and knowledge of Employment Law.
2. You will have basic IT knowledge.
3. You are able to work from home as well as from an office.
4. You are able to generate work.
5. You will be able to contribute positively to the ethos of ETAS Direct.
6. You will have good customer care skills.
7. You can work as team player within the franchise network.
8. You are able to take advice and guidance from your franchise colleagues.
9. You are prepared to work hard.
10. You have a sense of humour.
