There are Union trouble makers in my company and I want to make them Redundant?

Dismissal on the grounds of Redundancy is unfair if the employee is selected for redundancy when others in similar circumstances are not selected, especially if they specifically come under the automaticly unfair dismissals section of the Act. Thus, we ask you to be very careful here, as making someone redundant because they were acitve in a Trade Union, for example, would be automatically unfair and the compensation has no upper limit.
