Employment Tribunal Advocacy Service Ltd, The Franchisor and Xavier and Tonner Limited a Franchisee Trading as ETAS Direct Capital or any other Franchisee trading as Etas Direct are not liable (do not accept liability) for any actions or omissions made by the other individual franchisee companies using the ETAS Direct brand name.
